Pilgrim's - : [Maintenance Mechanic] As a Maintenance Tech at Pilgrim's, you'll:
Monitor equipment throughout shift for proper operation and make necessary adjustments and repairs to maximize the efficiency of the equipment;
Be responsible to identify opportunities for improvement and to communicate those to supervisor and/or lead person;
Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment;
Assist in performing various quality, yield, and performance indicator checks;
Assist maintenance department in the repair, modification and construction of equipment and structure as needed.
