Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination;
Use industrial power tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components;
Be held accountable for completing standard work within the allotted cycle time (approximately 315-minute cycle time);
Cross-train across work areas and ability to learn new work areas
