- Operate powder coat, paint, or other equipment to apply industrial powder coat or paint on metals or products according to specified work orders
- Follow required safety procedures at all times
- Work in areas including shot blast operation, powder painting, caulking, blow-off operation, loading/unloading, masking/demasking, and pre-inspection
- Support the paint line across assigned duties
- Work overtime as needed to support business needs
- Prior work experience
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive operations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime as needed to support business needs
- Successful completion of an online assessment
- Successful completion of an interview
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a drug screen
- Successful completion of a medical review
- Top candidates may have experience in shot blast operations
- Top candidates may have experience in fabrication powder coat painting
- Top candidates may have experience in top coat, prime coat, and electrostatic paint
- Top candidates may have ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings
Demonstrates expertise in operating powder coat and paint equipment while adhering to safety procedures. Capable of performing repetitive tasks and supporting various operations in a paint line environment.
