Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on night shifts, requiring a NC or compact RN license and at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a combined Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit
- Treats a range of med/surg and telemetry patients
- Shift schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Not eligible for first-time travelers who have been perm staff at the specified health system within the last year
- Team-based care environment with support from medical and ancillary staff
- Compliance with dress code and hospital policies required
- Specific orientation and training will be provided upon assignment start
- Active NC or compact state RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Tele experience
- Current BLS certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- COVID vaccine card required
- Cannot have worked as perm staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
- Permanent address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
