Position
Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Night Shift
Schedule:
3 x 12‑hour shifts per week on the night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) with rotating weekends.
Commitment Bonus: $20,000.
Unit: 8‑bed ICU with a typical 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio (occasionally 1:3).
Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Current North Carolina or other compact state RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Associate’s degree in nursing required (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 1–2 years of recent RN experience in ICU.
