How

You’ll Contribute
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
  • Perform focused patient assessments and reassessments, including pain management.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately following best practices.
  • Assist physicians with procedures and perform treatments within scope of practice.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes and care plans.
  • Ensure patient safety and proper use of equipment.

What We’re Looking For
  • Current North Carolina or compact state RN license.
  • Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire.
  • One year of healthcare experience required.
  • Strong critical‑thinking skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on‑call as needed.
