Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate patient care. The role involves patient assessment, education, triage, and coordination of care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
Schedule:
Day shift, 10 hours (USA) – 40 hours weekly. Salary: $3,206 – $3,206. Union:

- Paid weekly stipend included in the weekly pay rate.
- Eligible for Sanford benefits.
- Contracts are 14 weeks with option to extend or move to another Sanford site.
Work within the full scope of nursing expertise and apply age and population specific standards as designated in the assigned clinical setting. Provide care that follows the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules, and recognize the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as set by the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Current unencumbered RN license issued by the state board where the practice occurs, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Min. 1 year of RN experience and min. 6 months of travel experience.
- Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.
- Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
