• LPN – $28-$33/hr
• RN – $30-$35/hr

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available). Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care in patient homes following the active plan of care.

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home based on the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New grads welcome, training provided).
• Experience providing care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
