LPN Evening Shift Mon- Fri

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to incarcerated patients on evening shifts
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and protocols
• Perform patient assessments, vitals, and focused exams
• Assist with chronic disease management and sick call
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform basic life support
• Document all care in EMR accurately and timely
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and correctional staff to coordinate care
• Follow infection control, safety, and security procedures
• Support intake screenings and health education for patients
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with state and facility regulations
