As our RN Weekend Supervisor, you'll serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team during your shift.

You'll help keep the day running smoothly, support nurses and CNAs when challenges arise, and ensure our residents continue receiving compassionate, high-quality care.

• Provide leadership and clinical support to the weekend nursing team

• Serve as a resource for nurses and CNAs throughout the shift

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in condition

• Communicate with physicians, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team

• Assist with assessments, treatments, medications, and resident care as needed

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Support compliance with resident care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements

• Help resolve staffing and clinical concerns that arise during the shift

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• A dependable, team-focused approach to nursing
