The finishing and final operator is responsible for ensuring the quality and precision of components produced. This position involves finishing, inspection and final quality control.
Responsibilities:- Preform grinding, deburring, and polishing to achieve the required surface finish on components.
- Use various hand tools and machinery to remove imperfections.
- ensure that finishing process meet specified tolerances and visual appearance standards.
- Conduct detailed inspections
- Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check dimensions and tolerances.
- Inspect surfaces for defects
- Record inspection results and maintain detailed reports
- MUST meet background and drug screen requirements.
- Proficient in the use of measuring instruments and quality control tools.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read in interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
