As our new Equipment Repair Technician and Installer, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the machines running and the customers smiling. You’ll repair, install, and occasionally stare down machines that should be working but insist on doing otherwise. Whether it’s troubleshooting a high-powered vacuum or rigging up a van-mounted window cleaning rig, you’ll be in your element.

• Diagnosing and repairing vacuums, soft wash pumps, pressure washers, and other specialty gear.
• Installing truck and van-mounted systems.
• Working closely with the sales team to provide product feedback.
• Using our internal systems for service notes and ticket tracking.
• Keeping your repair bay clean and organized.

Most of your work will happen at our Sanford, NC facility, where you’ll have your own workbench, tools, and plenty of power cords. Occasional travel for in-factory training is on the table—we’ll actually pay you to learn cool things.

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in equipment repair, small engines, auto repair, or any relevant field.
• A friendly, reliable, can‑do attitude and an obsession with fixing things.
• Bonus: experience in Jan/San, Industrial, or Commercial Cleaning industries.
• Comfortable using a computer for service tickets.
• Willingness to say “yes” to occasional random projects.

• Contract‑to‑hire with the potential to become a full‑time employee after a ramp‑up period.
• Part‑time options available.
