Envolve Client Services Group in the southeastern United States is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support Autumn Oaks I and II. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot, and carry out preventive maintenance on apartment equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, using your own tools.
Two years of maintenance experience are required; HVAC/EPA certification preferred; CPO and multifamily experience are a plus.
