Floating Maintenance Technician; Sanger and Fowler

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician in Sanger and Fowler, CA. Come join a dynamic property management team!

** This position does require valid driver's license and must be able to travel to assigned Fresno and Fowler. Must have at least 2+ years of current and proven apartment maintenance experience with proven experience in the field. Again, must have a valid CA driver's license to be considered**

• Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
• Report violations of lease and house rules
• Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
• Perform preventative maintenance duties
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal

• Minimum of 2+ years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance
• Able to work independently and follow directions
• Basic understanding of light maintenance and the desire to develop those skills
• Excellent customer service

• Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours per week) and on call as needed for after hours
