Temporary Maintenance Technician Sanger, CA.

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 72-unit apartment community in Sanger, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

Position:
Full-time (40 hours per week)

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00/hour DOE

• This position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle as an essential function of the job. A valid driver's license is required. • Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
• Report violations of lease and house rules
• Timely completion of maintenance requests, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
• Perform preventative maintenance duties
• Maintain excellent curb appeal
• Follow policies and procedures
