A mission-driven outdoor education organization is seeking passionate Outdoor Education Instructors in California. In this seasonal part-time role, instructors will teach hands-on, outdoor-based science lessons to 4th to 8th graders and facilitate leader development through adventurous activities. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for youth education, and the ability to adapt to various outdoor conditions. The position offers a compensation range of $17.50 - $21.00 based on experience, along with meaningful work and great employee benefits.
