Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Hourly Wage: $22 - $35 per/hour
. Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and the role may require standing for long periods of time.
