Sales Representative

Bunzl, a global leader in wholesale distribution, is seeking a Sales Rep to grow business across grocery, food service, safety, cleaning, retail, and industrial customers. In this field-focused role, you will manage an assigned territory, prospect and qualify new accounts, expand share with existing customers, and promote Bunzl's broad portfolio of non-food consumables. You will prepare quotes, conduct product presentations, and partner closely with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Success is measured by revenue growth, margin improvement, pipeline health, and customer satisfaction, while upholding Bunzl's values of safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in wholesale trade markets
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with target accounts
• Expand product penetration and share of wallet with existing customers
• Develop and deliver product presentations and sales proposals
• Prepare accurate quotes and negotiate pricing within guidelines
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure service excellence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and activity targets
