This is a full-time office position. Licensing and experience are required. Spanish bilingual professionals are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team.

The Person al Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales.

• Active Property & Casualty License and insurance experience.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage different projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear and calm communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Organized planning and operations.
• Team‑oriented, positive attitude, and good energy in the workplace.
• Required:
  
  1 year of personal insurance sales experience.
• Required Property & Casualty License.

• Follow up with prospects – leads provided.
• Quote and sell policies.
• Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow up and complete tasks.
• Document contact opportunities appropriately.
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.
