How You’ll Make an Impact

As a General Manager at a Double Tree property, you’re not just leading hotel operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Lead with Double Tree’s commitment to dependable hospitality
    :
    Oversee all hotel operations to deliver warm, attentive, and thoughtful service—ensuring every guest experience is seamless, consistent, and reflective of the brand’s high standards
  • Drive performance and profitability
    :
    Manage revenue, budgets, and cost controls to achieve financial targets while balancing operational efficiency with innovative guest experiences
  • Oversee property priorities
    :
    Lead capital projects, refurbishments, and service initiatives to maintain operational excellence and brand alignment
  • Set and execute strategic direction
    :
    Shape short- and long-term goals, making decisions in the best interests of the hotel, the Double Tree brand, and Hilton’s long-term vision
  • Inspire and develop talent
    :
    Provide visionary leadership to the executive team and all Team Members, embedding Hilton’s values and fostering a team of passionate and creative professionals
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration
    :
    Hold regular briefings with the Heads of Department (HOD) team and maintain strong relationships with owners, auditors, and Hilton stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Commit to continuous improvement
    :
    Uphold and exceed Hilton and Double Tree’s service standards, respond to audits proactively, and drive innovation and operational integrity across the business

  • Strong business acumen in budget management, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent

Fluency in English and Turkish (spoken and written)
