This is a full-time, on-site Staff Accountant role based in Santa Ana, CA. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, purchase orders, reconciling accounts, maintaining general ledgers, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing financial transactions, performing account analyses, and supporting audits. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business operations.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Possesses an understanding of GAAP principles.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in a collaborative team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role is preferred.
• CPA certification or progress towards obtaining it is a plus.
