Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

- Financial Data and GL Analysis to ensure accurate coding.
- Experience in Full Cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in Project Accounting
- Contracts, Job Costing, Progress Billing. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and external service providers.
- Review AP/AR Aging reports and support team to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and reviews. Responsible for PBC items and various audit deliverables.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department. Streamline processes, foster efficiency, consistency, automation, system implementation.
- Commission Calculations.
- Sales & Use Tax Returns.
- Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations.
- Income Statement Variance Analysis.
- State Union Reporting and Monthly Payments.
- Various State Reporting (i.e. Qtrly BLS Multiple Worksite Report).
- Month End/Quarter End/Year End Journal Entries, Allocations, Fixed Assets Roll Forward, Prepaid Amortization.
