Position Summary:
The Bilingual Accountant will play a key role in advising and managing clients’ accounting and tax matters while delivering exceptional service and strategic insights. This role goes beyond traditional accounting—it’s an opportunity to become a trusted financial advisor for entrepreneurs and corporations alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.)
• Conduct financial analysis, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
• Provide consulting on tax strategies, entity structures, and business efficiency
• Manage client relationships, offering proactive financial advice and planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and profitability
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
• Stay current with IRS regulations, California tax laws, and accounting standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or EA preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting or tax preparation
• Proficient in Quick Books (Online and Desktop) and Excel
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication and presentation skills
• Client-focused, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
• Desire to grow within a consulting environment and take leadership responsibility
