You have deep familiarity with modern ERPs and a passion for accounting technology and AI tools. You understand how data flows through a system and how to automate it
* Technical Foundations:
Strong command of US GAAP and experience managing intercompany accounting for multiple subsidiaries
* Detail-Oriented & Scalable:
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Organized, problem solver, flexible and able to prioritize. You understand how to build documentation that stands up to the scrutiny of Big 4 auditors and IPO requirements
* Communicator:
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You can translate complex accounting entries into meaningful insights for stakeholders in Finance and Operations

* Qualifications:

*** 5+ years of accounting experience (a mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry is preferred)
* Active CPA license
* Proven experience managing at least 1–2 direct reports
* Net Suite experience is a strong plus, but deep proficiency in a similar modern ERP (e.g., Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP) is required
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience with ERP implementation or significant system migrations is highly valued
* Prior experience in a public company, company preparing for an IPO, or navigating rigorous external audits
** Salary Range:
*** The salary range for this position is $125,000-$169,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
