Job Title: Project Accountant (Deltek Vision Experience Required)

• Supervise financial aspects of assigned projects, including budgeting, billing, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
• Ensure project records are accurate.
• Advise on budgeting for additional services with a focus on project profitability.
• Manage consultant-related accounts payable as part of client billing.
• Train new Project Managers in the draft bill process in accordance to standard billing procedures.
• Oversee monthly accounts receivable reports, contacting clients and project staff as per collections policies.
• Provide Project Managers with necessary project-related reports.

• Preferred bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project accounting, especially in the AEC industry.
• Essential Deltek Vision or Vanguard experience.
• Strong time management capabilities and independent working skills.
• Proficient business communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Teams and experience with Bluebeam preferred.

• Salary range of $80,000 - $110,000.
