MUST LIVE LOCALLY - THIS IS A FULLY ONSITE POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, account reconciliations, and resolution of billing and payment discrepancies. This role requires strong collections experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of the AR process, works independently, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy, accelerate cash flow, and resolve customer issues. Manufacturing or contract manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and accounting experience
• Strong collections and customer account management experience
• Experience with invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, and aging reports
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Global Shop ERP experience is a plus
