Receptionist (Temp-to-Perm)

Santa Ana, CA – Building 5

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

100% On-Site

Position Overview

Seeking a professional Receptionist to support daily front office operations. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys being the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors; manage visitor access and issue passes
  • Operate a multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
  • Provide general information, directions, and assistance to callers and guests
  • Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain calendars and support administrative tasks
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with filing, copying, correspondence, and special projects
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of Receptionist experience required
  • Escrow/Title experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work well under pressure
  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive demeanor
