- Review mortgage files meticulously for completeness and accuracy.
- Audit files to ensure all required forms and documents are included and meet documentation standards.
- Cross-verify system data against physical documents to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to facilitate document review and data verification processes.
- Identify, flag, and resolve discrepancies within electronic records.
- Process reinstatements, allonges, and trailing documents efficiently.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned to support team goals.
- Preferred 2+ years supporting data entry and document review roles.
- Mortgage document review experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as a file clerk or in data entry.
- Proficiency in navigating Excel for review and data input.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Minimum typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
