A nonprofit organization in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Office Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity within its accounting department. This is a great fit for someone with 1 to 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience who is interested in learning the basics of accounting while supporting meaningful nonprofit work.
Key Responsibilities- File, scan, organize, and maintain accounting-related documents and records.
- Review paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and proper order.
- Sort, organize, and prepare invoices and related documents for processing.
- Batch paperwork together according to department procedures.
- Perform basic data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with phone calls and general clerical support as needed.
- Pay: $20 to $23 per hour.
