- Organize documentation and convert strategic discussions into clear next steps and deliverables
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, analytics, HR support, or a related corporate function
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience working with data requiring high accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR-related information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Experience working within a human resources team
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to build executive-level materials
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Confidence in experimenting with new technologies and AI-enabled tools
