Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3,000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Procurement to build and lead the procurement and supply chain function for Collectors. You’ll establish strategic sourcing practices, negotiate key supplier agreements, and work with our supply chain team to support high-volume operations across multiple facilities, and drive cost savings and efficiency improvements that directly impact the bottom line.

You’ll report to the SVP, Financial Operations and work from our Santa Ana, CA corporate office headquarters, with periodic travel to other Collectors facilities.

What You’ll Do Procurement Strategy & Strategic Sourcing
  • Develop and execute Collectors’ enterprise-wide procurement strategy, covering direct materials (grading holders, slabs, labels, inserts, packaging, and shipping supplies), indirect spend (facilities, MRO, office supplies, professional services), and capital equipment.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to consolidate spend, reduce costs, and improve quality and supplier performance across all categories; identify and capture savings opportunities across a multi-subsidiary organization.
  • Build and maintain a category management framework that segments spend, prioritizes sourcing events, and tracks value delivered by category over time.
  • Establish procurement policies, approval workflows, and spend controls across all Collectors entities; ensure compliance and accountability from requisition through payment.
  • Partner with Finance and FP&A to develop procurement budgets, track spend against plan, and report on savings and cost avoidance.
Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Own the end-to-end supplier relationship lifecycle: identification, qualification, RFP/RFQ management, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, performance management, and renewal or exit.
  • Negotiate and manage master service agreements, supply agreements, and statements of work with key vendors; drive favorable terms on pricing, payment, quality, lead times, and service levels.
  • Establish a formal supplier performance management program with scorecards, quarterly business reviews, and continuous improvement targets for critical suppliers.
  • Develop a diverse and resilient supplier base; identify and qualify alternative sources to mitigate single-source risk, particularly for production-critical materials like holders and labels.
  • Manage enterprise-wide vendor relationships for professional services (consulting, legal, audit, staffing) and facilities-related services; rationalize the vendor portfolio and eliminate redundant spend.
Process Improvement & Systems
  • Implement procurement and supply chain tools, processes, and automation to improve efficiency, visibility, and control; partner with the Director of Business Systems on procurement module optimization within Net Suite.
  • Establish purchase order management, contract lifecycle management, and spend analytics capabilities; drive adoption of P2P (procure-to-pay) best practices.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into spend, savings, supplier performance, inventory levels, and supply chain KPIs.
  • Champion continuous improvement across the procurement and supply chain function; apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to eliminate waste and improve cycle times.
Leadership & Team Development
