Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of ground-up construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from ground-up to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Provide leadership and support to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects in sectors such as retail, restaurants, banks, and large retailers like Costco.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
