ADU Construction Superintendent

Buildoly is a design-build company specializing in accessory dwelling units (ADUs) across Southern California. We build standardized ADU models with guaranteed all-in pricing, serving homeowners in LA, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.

We're hiring a Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations across 4–6 active ADU projects at a time. You'll be the person making sure our sites run on schedule, pass inspection the first time, and meet our quality standards.

• Schedule and manage subcontractors and tradespeople across multiple active sites
• Schedule city inspections and ensure projects pass the first time
• Perform QA/QC on completed work and coordinate with our admin team on payment approvals
• Coordinate with our procurement team on material deliveries and staging
• Report project progress, issues, and timeline updates to the management team
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local building codes
• Conduct daily site walks and document progress with photos and written updates

• 3+ years of experience as a superintendent, lead, or foreman on residential projects (ADU, single-family, or small multifamily preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of SoCal building codes and inspection processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple active job sites simultaneously
• Comfortable holding subs accountable and enforcing schedule and quality standards
• Proficient with mobile tools for scheduling, reporting, and photo documentation
• Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
