Senior Estimator

Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus. 5 years of public work construction experience in SoCal on project over $5M is a must. 10 years plus experience in Commercial construction Estimating. Great communication skills. Proficiency in Procore, Blue beam, on Center or any takeoff software is necessary to perform the job duties.

Minimum 2 years of Estimating commercial projects. Public work experience is a plus. Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Blue beam, on Center or any takeoff software necessary to perform the job duties.

High School Diploma and Higher. 4 years degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is a plus. 2 years of experience as a public work project/bid coordinator in SoCal is a must. 5 years of experience construction experience in general construction business. Good knowledge of construction, Great communication skills. Computer savvy and Fluent in English. Knowledge of bid solicitation review and bid distribution.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or 5 years of position-related experience. 2 years of project engineering in public work construction is a must. 4 years plus experience in Commercial construction projects. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore is a must. P6 is a plus.
