Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of ground-up construction processes.

Key responsibilities include managing and supervising all phases of construction projects from ground-up to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or delays that arise during the construction process, and providing leadership and support to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications include proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and industrial construction, strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes, experience managing ground-up construction projects in sectors such as retail, restaurants, banks, and large retailers like Costco, excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications, and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
