Job Description

Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring that all messaging aligns with the company's objectives and enhances our brand voice across multiple platforms (excluding social media). The ideal candidate is organized, articulate, and skilled in both written and verbal communication.

Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, providing consistent support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive, professional service to existing and prospective clients
  • Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate client requests
  • Identify client needs and communicate solutions clearly
  • Track service issues and escalate when necessary
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new clients
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better serve client needs
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, administration, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
