In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, providing consistent support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide responsive, professional service to existing and prospective clients
- Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate client requests
- Identify client needs and communicate solutions clearly
- Track service issues and escalate when necessary
- Support onboarding and orientation for new clients
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better serve client needs
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, administration, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
