Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Santa Ana, California. This role is essential for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Perform outbound calls to schedule patients for health screenings.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Adapt to various customer situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all interactions align with company standards and policies.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to enhance service processes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Previous experience in a customer service/sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
