Collectors is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist to join the PSA Customer Relations team in our Santa Ana, CA office. The role supports cross-functional collaboration, handles customer resolutions, and processes claims with attention to detail.
You will report to the Customer Relations Supervisor and work full-time onsite 5 days a week from 2:30pm-11pm, Monday through Friday. Minimum 1 year of experience and strong communication skills are required.
