Job Title: CSR / Client Account Relationship Manager

Location: Onsite – Santa Ana, CA 92705

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $23.00 / hour

We are looking for a Client Account Relationship Manager in Santa Ana, CA. This is not a call center role
, but a high-touch account management position focused on guiding clients through a long-term timeshare cancellation process (up to 24 months).

• Client Advocacy: Act as the main point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
• Proactive Outreach: Provide regular status updates and support via phone and email.
• Professional Writing: Draft formal emails, letters, and handle client documentation.
• Account Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and milestones in our CRM.
• Problem Solving: Identify case roadblocks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

• Experience: Background in Account Management, Client Relations, or high-touch customer service.

  Proficient in MS Outlook and Word; CRM experience is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication with professional etiquette.
• Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
