Dentist (Hygiene focused)

Santa Ana Dental Group is a friendly, patient-focused dental practice looking for a Dentist to focus on hygiene to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about oral health, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and preventive care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall dental health
• Take and review dental X-rays
• Evaluate exams and treatment planning

• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills
• A positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
• New graduates welcome! (Experience is a plus, not a must)

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

$700‑$800 a day guarantee
