Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned, clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking Anesthesiologist to join our growing team at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA.

• W2 compensation: $575k annually
• OB 24-hour call (pager) $4,500
• Required Hours 55/hours per week
• $25K Commencement Bonus

  8,10, 12-hour shifts
• Trauma OR1 24/7 coverage | OR2 8-10 hours shifts | Adding 2 new ORs
• CRNAs handle non-trauma ORs and OB Call (24-hour)
• Total Cases 6,980 | OB Cases 1,142 | Cath Lab Cases 1,500 | GI Cases 579 | IR Cases 1,050
• Care Team Model (currently 5 physicians and 8 CRNAs)
• Established team | hiring due to growth

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS
• Board certification | Board eligible if in process
• ACLS | PALS | BLS

Orange County Global Medical Center (OCGMC) is a 282‑bed Level II Trauma Center offering an active, high‑acuity anesthesia practice in a fast‑paced surgical environment. The facility treats 20,000+ ED patients annually and provides 24/7 trauma, emergency, and surgical coverage, supported by STEMI designation and a Level III NICU.
