Position Overview As a Dean of Operations at Ednovate you will be responsible for leading operational excellence at your school site to ensure that the school is safe efficient fully enrolled and financially healthy with resources readily available and aligned to educational priorities to enable the highest level of learning You will supervise the schools operations team and collaborate closely with other members of the leadership team school staff parents and the network support team This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational systems attention to detail and communication skills looking to create positive multigenerational change in a collaborative results oriented environment This is a full time exempt role that reports to the Principal
