As an Esthetician Instructor, you will:

• Teach foundational and advanced skincare techniques
• Lead hands‑on clinic floor instruction
• Train students in facial protocols, skin analysis, waxing, modalities, and treatment planning
• Prepare students for state board success
• Teach client communication and retail professionalism
• Mentor students in professionalism, confidence, and real‑world readiness
• Track progress and support academic growth

You are not just a lecturer. You are a mentor and a role model.

• Active California Esthetician License (minimum 3 years)
• 3+ years hands‑on experience in spa, salon, or medical setting
• Strong understanding of skincare science and treatment protocols
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with technology and digital systems
• Teaching experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
