Teacher - Spanish

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time Spanish teacher at Orange County High School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Spanish language and culture, and a passion for teaching and inspiring students to learn.

• Develop and teach engaging and effective Spanish language curriculum for middle school students
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with state standards and school policies
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades
• Participate in school-wide events and activities, such as parent-teacher conferences and faculty meetings
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students

• Bachelor's degree
• Teaching certification or licensure in Spanish preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Spanish language and culture
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience teaching middle school students preferred
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
