Amergis Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Preschool Aides to support early childhood education programs in Santa Ana, CA. This rewarding opportunity allows you to play an important role in helping young learners develop socially, emotionally, and academically within a nurturing and structured classroom environment.

As a Preschool Aide, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to create a positive learning experience while supporting children during some of the most important stages of their development.

• Assist with daily classroom routines, lessons, and educational activities
• Support the Lead Teacher with instruction, classroom management, and behavior guidance
• Supervise children during learning centers, outdoor play, meals, and transitions
• Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Encourage positive social interactions and age-appropriate developmental growth
• Prepare classroom materials and assist with educational projects and activities
• Provide individualized support to students as needed
• Build professional and positive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all children

• Minimum of 6 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
• Previous experience working in an Early Childhood Education setting, including preschool, daycare, childcare, or similar environments
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Passion for supporting early childhood development and education

• Current CPR Certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray clearance (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state requirements)
• Must comply with all professional standards of practice
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
