School Behavior Aide

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

• Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions.
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors.
• Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork.
• Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support.
• Support in both special education and general education classrooms
• Minimum High School Diploma or College degree preferred
• Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes
• Availability at least 2–5 weekdays per week (Full time & Part time)
• Flexibility between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  - Friday
• Morning & Day shifts - 8:00am - 3:00pm
• After school Shifts - 12pm-6pm
• Competitive Pay Rate - up to $25 / Hour

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
