Media Buyer & Lead Generation Manager

E Mortgage Capital is hiring a Media Buyer & Lead Generation Manager to run our paid lead generation and lead purchasing operations. You'll own the budget, vendor relationships, and performance metrics behind how we source mortgage leads.

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns (Google, Facebook/Meta, and other digital channels) to generate mortgage leads
• Source, evaluate, and purchase leads through third-party providers and vendors
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and exclusivity with lead providers and vendor partners
• Track cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and ROI across all channels and vendors; reallocate spend to top performers
• Manage the daily/monthly media and lead-buying budget
• Build and maintain relationships with vendor account reps and media partners
• Monitor lead quality and work with sales/loan officer teams to close the feedback loop
• Ensure all campaigns and lead sources comply with TCPA, mortgage advertising regulations, and company policy
• Report on campaign and vendor performance to leadership

• Experience in media buying and/or lead generation, ideally in mortgage, financial services, or another regulated/high-compliance industry
• Hands-on experience purchasing leads through third-party providers and negotiating vendor terms
• Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with CPL, ROI, and conversion data
• Understanding of TCPA and mortgage marketing compliance a plus
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
