Sounds of Color Studio, Orange County’s best music and creative arts school, is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated Spanish Teacher to meet our growing demand.

Primary responsibilities include teaching Spanish language classes with a focus on: conversation skills, grammar, greetings, basic vocabulary, weather, culture, food & beverage, etc. Must be able to create a tailored learning experience to meet the needs of each student. The goal is to help students explore and learn the Spanish language and culture.

• Plan and teach Spanish language classes for groups of students ages 5 and up
• Prepare fun weekly lessons/projects that support student engagement and skill development
• Prompt communication with parents/guardians and timely updates on student progress
• Prepare and clean up the classroom area before/after each class
• Clean background check and medical clearance (Live Scan fingerprint clearance with Department of Justice and FBI is required prior to official start of employment)
• Reliable transportation

• Engaging and friendly personality
• Comfortable working with groups of students of various ages and skill levels
• Independent worker with excellent time-management skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Fluency in Spanish language (verbal and written)
• Experience teaching Spanish language classes is required

Sounds of Color Studio is open Monday
- Saturday. Weekday hours (Monday
- Friday) are "after school" typically between 2PM - 8PM. Saturday hours are 9 AM - 3 PM. Please visit our website for current studio hours. Class availability is subject to change based on enrollment and demand.
