*** to join our Mechanical Engineering team s is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of PSA’s product development and manufacturing operations — responsible for qualifying parts, standing up new tooling, and ensuring flawless design transfer to domestic and international suppliers.

You’ll report to the
* Mechanical Engineering Manager
* and
*** work from our Santa Ana, CA office.
***** Onsite Requirement:
** This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
** What You'll Do:
*** Own the global part qualification process end-to-end, driving cycle time and removing bottlenecks
* Lead implementation of new injection molding tool sets from kick-off through production release
* Manage new design transfers to domestic and international offices, ensuring process requirements are validated before handoff
* Partner with product development and operations to execute smooth NPI handoffs from DFM through first article
* Define and deploy global standards of work for NPI, building repeatable playbooks across all supplier sites
** Who You Are:
*** 8+ years in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or product launch roles in a high-precision, high-volume environment
* Proven experience managing large-scale injection molding tooling programs
* Experience with ultrasonic welding is highly desirable.
* Fluent in PPAP/FAI, GD&T, and supplier qualification processes
* Strong cross-functional project management skills; able to hold global suppliers to schedule and quality commitments
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
** Salary Range:
*** The salary range for this position is $102,102 - $120,120. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
