Job Overview

RF Testing SME – Santa Ana, CA. Full‑time contract for 6 months. Provide technical support for RF projects, develop and maintain RF test stations, test new RF designs, create training materials, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, troubleshoot component‑level issues, stay current with RF technology, and mentor teammates.

• Provide technical expertise and support for RF-related projects.
• Develop and maintain RF test stations based on contractual deliveries.
• Test new RF designs and create media for training technician‑level employees.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate RF projects into manufacturing flows.
• Perform component‑level troubleshooting of RF designs.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in RF technology.
• Teach RF best practices and mentor within the testing and engineering teams.

• Strong knowledge of RF systems, including design, configuration, and integration.
• Experience with RF test parameters such as gain, flatness, IP3, noise figure, and VSWR.
• Familiarity with RF measuring equipment (Vector Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter, Power Sensor, Noise Source).
• Experience with RF test software and troubleshooting processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in electronics/RF.
• 2 years of RF testing and troubleshooting experience.
